Ultra Racing rear strut brace for Volkswagen Polo V (6R/6C)

The vehicle chassis is subjected to high loads during fast cornering, heavy braking and acceleration due to the transfer of body weight.

When driving through corners, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to three times more than the other. This increases body flex and chassis deformation, which can cause the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis flex when driving through corners can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The Ultra Racing rear strut brace helps to further connect the mounting points and reduce body flex.
