ACL Race Series main bearings are trimetal bearings for engines operating at higher RPM. Their construction combines high strength, tight wall tolerances and properties that support the formation of hydrodynamic oil films.
Increased eccentricity helps compensate for bore distortion at high RPM, while the 3/4 groove optimizes the main bearing load-carrying surface and oil flow to the conrod bearings.

Sizes
STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
