ACL Race main bearings are trimetal engine bearings designed for demanding operating conditions and higher engine RPM. Their combination of design, metallurgy and engineering provides improved fatigue properties.
The design features increased eccentricity to compensate for bore distortion at high RPM and assist in forming hydrodynamic oil films. The set includes main bearings.
- high-strength overlay plate with reduced thickness for improved fatigue properties
- increased crush for improved bearing retention in the housing
- elimination of flash plating on the back for improved heat transfer and grip in the housing
- 3/4 grooved design to optimize bearing load-carrying surface area and oil flow to the conrod bearings
- tight, consistent wall tolerances to help maintain consistent clearances
- enlarged ID chamfers on bearing edges for large fillet radii on performance crankshafts
Suitable for: Lexus GS III (S190) / IV (L10), Lexus GX II (J150), Lexus IS II (E2) / III (E3), Lexus LC I (URZ100), Lexus LS IV (USF40), Lexus LX III (URJ200), Lexus RC I (C1), Toyota Land Cruiser J200, Toyota Sequoia II (XK60).
Engines: 1UR-FE, 3UR-FE, 2UR-GSE, 1UR-FSE, 2UR-FSE (2UR-GSE, 1UR-FE, 1UR-FSE, 2UR-FSE, 3UR-FE). Please check your vehicle’s engine code (registration document or VIN) before ordering; if in doubt, contact us and we will check for you.
Sizes
STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
