ACL Race main bearings for Mazda SHY

ACL Race main bearings are trimetal engine bearings for applications where stable clearances and resistance at higher RPM are important. They use a high-strength overlay plate with reduced thickness for improved fatigue properties.

Increased eccentricity helps compensate for bore distortion at high RPM and assists in forming a hydrodynamic oil film. The set includes main bearings.

Sizes

STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
