ACL Race main bearings for Nissan SR20DET

ACL Race main bearings for Nissan SR20DET are trimetal engine bearings designed for demanding high-RPM conditions. Their combination of design, metallurgy and engineering supports consistent engine operation.

The set uses design features for improved bearing retention, heat transfer and formation of a hydrodynamic oil film. The package includes ACL Race Series main bearings.

• Trimetal construction with a high-strength overlay plate of reduced thickness for improved fatigue properties.
• Increased crush for improved bearing retention in the housing.
• No flash plating on the back for improved heat transfer and increased grip between the bearings and housing.
• Increased eccentricity to compensate for bore distortion at high RPM and assist in forming hydrodynamic oil films.
• 3/4-grooved main bearings to optimize bearing load-carrying surface area and oil flow to the conrod bearings.

Suitable for: Nissan 200SX I (S13).

Sizes

STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
