ACL Race Series main bearings are trimetal engine bearings designed for higher RPM conditions. Their combination of design, metallurgy and engineering improves bearing strength and retention.
The set includes ACL Race Series main bearings. Increased eccentricity helps compensate for bore distortion at high RPM and assists in the formation of a hydrodynamic oil film.
- High-strength overlay plate with reduced thickness for improved fatigue properties
- Increased crush for improved bearing retention in the housing
- Elimination of flash plating on the back for improved heat transfer and grip in the housing
- 3/4-grooved main bearings to optimize load-carrying surface area and oil flow to the conrod bearings
- Tight, consistent wall tolerances to help maintain consistent clearances

Please check your vehicle’s engine code (registration document or VIN) before ordering; if in doubt, contact us and we will check for you.
Sizes
STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
