ACL Race main bearings for VW/Audi EA855 2.5 TFSI

ACL Race Series main bearings are trimetal engine bearings for high-RPM conditions, featuring a high-strength overlay plate and tight, consistent wall tolerances.

Increased eccentricity helps compensate for bore distortion and supports the formation of hydrodynamic oil films. The design improves bearing retention in the housing and optimizes oil flow.

Sizes

STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
