ACL Race Series are tri-metal rod bearings designed to withstand higher RPM conditions. Their construction combines a high-strength overlay plate with tight, consistent wall tolerances for consistent clearances.

This con rod bearing set includes 0.025 mm extra clearance. The design supports improved bearing retention in the housing and more efficient heat transfer through the bearing.

Sizes

STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
