ACL Race rod bearings for Toyota 1GR-FE

ACL Race rod bearings use a trimetal construction for demanding engine operating conditions. The design is intended for higher RPM conditions and supports bearing lining retention in the housing.

The set contains ACL Race Series rod bearings. Available sizing options include standard, +0.025 mm, −0.025 mm and −0.25 mm variants.

• High-strength overlay plate with reduced thickness for improved fatigue properties
• Hardened steel backs for improved support of the bearing lining
• Increased crush for improved bearing retention in the housing
• Elimination of flash plating on the back for improved heat transfer and grip in the housing
• Increased eccentricity to compensate for bore distortion at high RPM
• Tight, consistent wall tolerances to help maintain consistent clearances

Sizes

STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
