ACL Race rod bearings for Toyota 2GR-FE

ACL Race rod bearings are trimetal engine bearings for high-performance applications, designed to withstand higher RPM conditions. This set is intended for the Toyota 2GR-FE.

The construction combines a high-strength overlay plate, steel backs and increased eccentricity to support the bearing lining, improve retention in the housing and assist in forming hydrodynamic oil films.

• Hardened steel backs for improved support of the bearing lining and bearing retention in the housing
• Increased crush for improved bearing retention
• Elimination of flash plating on the back for improved heat transfer and grip between the bearing and housing

• Tight, consistent wall tolerances to help maintain consistent clearances

Sizes

STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
