ACL Race thrust washers with Calico CT-1 coating use a dry film lubricant to reduce friction and abrasive wear. The coating provides intermittent dry lubrication and is not affected by dust or dirt.
CT-1 is engineered for the demanding conditions of high performance engines. Its thin coating improves embedability, chemical resistance and corrosion protection, while helping protect against intermittent oil starvation.

Sizes
STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
