The Autotech high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) upgrade kit is intended for selected Audi TFSI/FSI 2.0T, 2.5T, 3.0T, 4.0T and 5.0L engines.
One kit is required for MK2 TTRS 2.5T pre-facelift, RS3 Sportback 2.5T pre-facelift, B8 S4 3.0T, SQ5/Q7 3.0T, A6/A7/A8 3.0T, Touareg 3.0T, B8.5 S5 3.0T and B8/B8.5 A4 2.0T engines. Two kits are required for Audi 4.0T engines, 5.0L TFSI engines in Audi R8 V10 and Lamborghini Gallardo models, C6 Audi RS6 and 4.0T engines in Audi S6, S7, RS6, RS7 and S8 models.
Not compatible with Audi RS3 8V/MK3 TT-RS models from model year 2018 onwards.
According to the manufacturer, installation provides 5% more torque and an additional 10 bar of fuel pressure. After installation, engine electronics tuning specifically adapted to the high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) is mandatory.
Kit construction
- The piston and cylinder are precision-ground several times during manufacture, ensuring very tight tolerances.
- Each piston and cylinder are matched to one another with final grinding and serially marked for precise fitment and a long service life.
- The components use a DLC plasma coating, which reduces friction losses and supports pump operation.
- Kit weight: 0.45 kg.
