The upgraded CTS Turbo aluminium radiator is designed for VW/Audi vehicles on the MQB platform with 1.8 TSI and 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen.3 engines.
The factory radiator can be too small and inefficient to provide sufficient cooling in tuned engines. The CTS Turbo radiator has a greater capacity than the standard unit, a larger dual-pass core and increased flow. Despite this, it fits in the original location and uses all factory mounting points. The aluminium radiator replaces the plastic side tanks, which are prone to leaking.

Important: The radiator is not suitable for VW Tiguan and Audi Q3 models or for Gen.3 engines that are not on the MQB platform.
Installation with an additional intercooler and/or charge pipes: adjustment of the radiator fan housing is required, along with removal of the engine wiring and coolant hoses from the factory mounting points. One bolt on the protective bracket must be shortened to provide sufficient clearance from the air-conditioning pipes.
