The CTS Turbo system for the MK7 GTI is TIG-welded by hand from high-quality T304 stainless steel. It is designed for everyday road use as well as more demanding use with large turbo systems.
Many other exhaust systems for the MK7 GTI use 2.5″ diameter pipes, which can limit flow and ultimately reduce engine power. The CTS Turbo 3″ design is suitable for vehicles where high performance is the goal.
