CTS Turbo catch can conversion kit for VW Golf V GTI/Jetta III GLI

This conversion kit allows the CTS Turbo carbon valve cover (CTS-HW-250) to be installed together with your existing CTS Turbo catch can.

If your MK5 FSI EA113 vehicle is already fitted with a CTS Turbo catch can kit with the factory valve cover, this kit allows you to adapt the existing system for the upgraded valve cover.

Important: these are replacement parts required to convert the existing catch can kit, not a complete replacement kit.

• Complete removal of all factory PCV system components.
• Black-Series braided hoses with -10 AN thread, made for the existing CTS Turbo catch can.
• Engine breather adapter.
• Turbo intake hose breather adapter.
• Includes the fittings and mounting hardware required for installation.

The kit is intended for vehicles with the 2.0T FSI EA113 engine from 2006–2008. All installation hardware is included; drilling or cutting the vehicle is not required. Installation is carried out as a direct fit.

The kit is not compatible with the noise pipe. If this system is fitted, a separate removal kit is also required.

Winter use warning: fluid in the catch can may freeze during the winter months and damage the engine. Check its level regularly or remove the catch can when temperatures are below freezing.
