CTS Turbo catch can for Audi A4/A5 B8.5

CTS Turbo catch can kit for the Audi A4 B8.5 TFSI and Audi A5 B8.5 2.0 TFSI. Designed for facelift models with an aluminium intake manifold and an engine compatible with flex-fuel systems.

The catch can prevents oil vapour from entering the intake manifold and deposits from building up on the intake valves in direct-injection engines. Deposits on the intake manifold and valves can cause reduced performance, increased fuel consumption and damage to the sensitive flaps and actuator in the intake manifold. The system helps keep the Audi A4 or A5 engine clean and running smoothly while preventing problems in the PCV system.

The kit includes:

• CTS Turbo aluminium valve cover breather, CNC-machined for precise manufacture
• CTS Turbo aluminium catch can with an oil level dipstick
• Black -10 AN Black-Series braided hoses
• Clamp-on bracket for mounting the catch can
• Modular intake manifold plug
• Hose-Wrangler clamp
• All mounting hardware and sealing ring for the rear PCV breather

Important: During the winter months, liquid in the catch can may freeze and cause engine damage. The liquid level must be monitored particularly carefully; at temperatures below freezing, the catch can may also be removed.

Suitable for: Audi A4 III (B8), Audi A5 I (B8).
