CTS Turbo air-to-water heat exchanger for the 3.0 TFSI supercharged engine
Replace the small factory cooler and reduce system heat soak in a modified V6 3.0 TFSI engine. The upgraded AWIC heat exchanger helps maintain low intake-air temperatures in Audi S4, S5, Q5 and SQ5 vehicles.
It is particularly recommended for vehicles with a stage 2 or higher tune. Intake-air temperature is reduced by 10–12 °F.

Important:
- Some 2010–2012 Audi S4 B8 vehicles equipped with Audi Drive Select (ADS) require an additional oil cooler for ADS.
- The ADS cooler is visible through the front grille. It is typically fitted to early 2010–2012 S4 B8 vehicles with dynamic steering and dynamic suspension.
- On 2013 and newer B8.5 vehicles, the hose with the upper-right angled 90° fitting connects to the lower factory cooler hose. The hose with the lower-right straight fitting connects to the upper factory cooler hose. Mark the hose positions before removing the original cooler.
