CTS Turbo high-flow catalytic converter for Audi A4/A5/Allroad/Q5 B8/B8.5

The CTS Turbo high-flow catalytic converter for the Audi A4, A5, Allroad and Q5 with 1.8T/2.0T engines is designed as a direct replacement for the standard catalytic converter, mounted directly after the turbocharger.

It is manufactured from 3-inch T304 stainless steel piping with smooth mandrel bends, two O2 sensor ports and the option of an additional third port. The almost 4-inch expansion tapers down to 3 inches, allowing the best possible exhaust gas flow when transitioning from the turbocharger to the high-flow catalytic converter. The catalytic converter is hand TIG-welded and designed to improve exhaust flow, increase performance and provide a more pronounced sound.

Suitable engine tuning software is required to remove the check engine light (CEL), which may appear after installation. Stage 2 software is recommended.

It is compatible with the standard turbocharger, CTS-TR-1070, CTS-TR-1070X and CTS B8 BOSS kits.

Suitable only for 1.8 TFSI EA888 Gen. 1 and 2.0 TFSI EA888 Gen. 2 engines. It does not fit later vehicles for other markets with the EA888 Gen. 3 engine. Designed only for left-hand-drive vehicles. Fits manual and automatic transmissions, but does not fit CVT transmissions.

Suitable for: Audi A4 III (B8), Audi A5 I (B8), Audi Q5 I (8R).
