CTS Turbo high-flow catalytic converters for the BMW F97/G01 X3M/X3M Competition and F98/G02 X4M/X4M Competition are designed for the best possible exhaust gas flow and maximum performance-increase potential.
They were developed using modern CAD technology and manufactured to fit perfectly in place of the factory catalytic converters, which restrict flow. They are made from cast T304 stainless steel and manually TIG-welded with back purging, ensuring long-lasting reliability.
The high-flow catalytic converters unleash the performance of the 3.0 Twin Turbo engine and provide a more pronounced sound. With the original exhaust system, they produce louder and deeper rumbling and more pronounced pops on downshifts. On upshifts, the shifting feel through all 8 gears is more decisive. The sound will be even more pronounced if the vehicle is already equipped with an aftermarket exhaust system.

After installation, the check engine light (CEL) will come on. Suitable Stage 2 tuning software is required to switch it off.
