The kit enables removal of the factory “noise pipe”. Removing the pipe improves engine response and reduces noise in the cabin.
Use of the kit is recommended when installing CTS Turbo oil catch can kits for MK5 and MK6 models if the vehicle is equipped with a “noise pipe”. It is suitable for FSI and TSI engines.
