The CTS Turbo turbo-back exhaust system for the Volkswagen Jetta GLI MK6 is designed for road use and vehicles with a larger turbocharger. The system features a 3-inch (3″) T304 stainless steel design, enabling more efficient exhaust gas flow from the turbocharger and wastegate valve. The larger pipe diameter reduces turbulence and can help the turbocharger spool up faster, increase peak power and improve torque throughout the rev range.
The downpipe is fully TIG-welded and made from seamless T304 stainless steel. The kit includes stainless steel clamps, CNC waterjet-cut flanges, CNC mandrel-bent pipes and polished exhaust tips. The system replaces the factory downpipe, while the adjustable 3-inch tips allow their position to be customised.
The system is designed for the Volkswagen Jetta GLI with a 2.0T TSI Gen1 engine, MK6 generation, model years 2010–2013. Stage 2 software is required for installation; otherwise, the engine warning light may come on.
