Adjustable turbocharger actuator for Saab 9-5 2.0T and 2.3T, model years 1998–2005, and Saab 9-3 2.0T, model years 2000–2002. Not suitable for Aero versions.
The actuator is made from 6026 aluminium and designed as a two-piece assembly that allows servicing and maintenance. The rod length can be adjusted according to the specific application. Laser-cut stainless steel brackets ensure an installation comparable to the original part.

A standard spring is fitted, suitable for factory boost pressure or a slightly higher level. A stronger spring can be used on tuned vehicles when higher boost pressure is required.
Diaphragm sealing is the standard version. Piston sealing is also available, providing equivalent performance and less maintenance due to the durability of the piston seal.
The actuator allows more precise adjustment and control of boost pressure, which can improve response and control. Actual boost pressure is still limited by the capabilities of the engine management system, regardless of whether it is a factory-fitted or aftermarket system.
The stated spring pressure values represent the minimum regulated pressure. On older turbocharged engines without regulation via an ECU-controlled solenoid valve, they relate directly to the mechanical operation of the spring. On more modern systems, the mechanical spring specification does not necessarily correspond directly to the target boost pressure.
