Forge Motorsport catch can for Audi TTRS 8S/RS3 8V

The catch can kit is designed for the Audi TTRS 8S and Audi RS3 (8V) from model year 2017 onwards. It was developed to capture as many harmful contaminants as possible, including oil deposits, unused fuel vapour and moisture that would otherwise return to the engine intake system.

Extensive testing has shown that the kit effectively reduces the formation of deposits and carbon build-up, allowing the engine to breathe and operate more efficiently. It is particularly suitable for vehicles intended for further performance upgrades.

The 0.4 l (400 cm³) catch can has a dipstick for checking the level and a conveniently positioned drain tap for easy emptying.

The inner hose is made from smooth, antistatic and fuel-resistant nitrile rubber. The outer covering consists of reinforced stainless steel braiding – a partial inner braid and a complete outer braid. This design prevents expansion due to pressure and collapse due to vacuum, and enables operation in a temperature range from 54 °C to +150 °C (from −65 °F to 300 °F).

The kit also includes machined aluminium fittings, black anodised for a factory-style appearance after installation.

Important: Some later Audi RS3 and TTRS models from 2019 onwards had an additional ventilation connection added to the PCV system. If your engine has this additional ventilation connection, the catch can is not compatible. To check, remove the engine cover and inspect the visible part of the PCV unit.
