GFB 5753 fuel rail adaptor for Mitsubishi EVO vehicles.
It features a 1/8″ NPT female thread. You can connect a GFB FX-S to the adaptor using a fitting with 1/8″ NPT male threads on both sides (5739), or install a hose barb (5740), allowing the fuel pressure regulator to be mounted remotely in the engine bay.
