GFB FX-D fuel pressure regulator with -8AN ports

GFB FX-D is a fuel pressure regulator for high-flow EFI systems with an adaptable port configuration.

• 2 × -8AN inlet ports, 2 × 1/8″ NPT ports for a pressure gauge or sensor, and 1 × -8AN return port
• Flow rate of up to 1,800 l/h at 25 psi

The regulator is suitable for systems using petrol, ethanol, methanol or diesel fuel, as well as various pump configurations – from a single small pump to a triple-pump setup.

A special feature of the FX-D regulator is its replaceable copolymer valve seat. Compared with conventional regulators with a metal-on-metal valve and seat, it provides more reliable sealing and fuel pressure retention after engine shut-off, helping to ensure more reliable starting.

The dual-layer diaphragm provides a tensile strength of over 500 psi. Multiple inlet and gauge ports also allow configurations with a parallel fuel line or a returnless (deadhead) system. Separate ports are provided for a mechanical pressure gauge and a fuel pressure sensor for the control unit.
