Features of the GFB FX-S fuel pressure regulator:

• 4 x 1/8″ NPT ports on the housing for any combination of fuel inlet, pressure gauge or ECU fuel pressure sensor, plus 1 x 1/8″ NPT return port
• Flow rate of up to 750 l/h at 25 psi
• 1:1 fuel pressure rise ratio
• Dual-layer, double-reinforced diaphragm with a tensile strength exceeding 500 psi
• Co-polymer valve seat with a stainless steel ball valve for longer fuel pressure retention after engine shut-down
• The spring preload adjustment screw is sealed with an O-ring and prevents vacuum or boost pressure leaks
• Adjustable static pressure from 25 to 80 psi
• Fully serviceable

The regulator is suitable for systems using petrol, ethanol, methanol or diesel fuel, from a single small pump to an extensive three-pump system.

The replaceable co-polymer valve seat provides reliable sealing and fuel pressure retention after engine shut-down. Compared with conventional metal valves and seats in performance regulators, it enables easier starting and offers good resistance to unleaded petrol, ethanol, methanol and diesel fuel.

The dual-layer diaphragm uses twice the amount of reinforcement material, giving it a tensile strength exceeding 500 psi.

Multiple inlet and gauge ports allow for various fuel system configurations, including parallel fuel rail supply or deadhead systems. Two pressure measurement ports allow a mechanical fuel pressure gauge and an ECU fuel pressure sensor to be used at the same time.
