The Racingline R600 intake system is developed specifically for 2.0 TSI Gen.3B engines with 190 hp and a mass air flow (MAF) sensor. This engine version uses a MAF sensor, so standard R600 kits are not suitable. The kit is adapted to provide improved airflow while maintaining correct operation of the factory air measurement system.
The basis of the kit is the proven R600 intake system housing used by several models from VW, Audi, SEAT and Škoda. The large closed airbox draws cooler air from outside the engine bay and limits the intake of hot air from around the engine. Cooler air is denser, so it contains more oxygen for combustion and can improve throttle response and performance at higher revs.
Features of this version
The included high-flow Trifoam® filter has a custom-made 6061-T6 aluminium adapter attached to its underside. The filter therefore fits directly onto the original MAF sensor housing, without relocating the sensor or recalibrating it. Air measurement remains accurate, while the intake system allows better airflow than the standard air filter housing.

Important compatibility information
The kit is suitable only for vehicles with the 2.0 TSI Gen.3B engine producing 190 hp. It is not compatible with the more powerful 2.0 TSI engine versions producing 220, 230, 245, 265, 280, 290, 300 or 310 hp, as they have a different intake system design without a MAF sensor.
For Škoda Superb III vehicles, the 2.0 TDI engine is also listed in the compatibility table, but this intake system is not suitable for it.
