The car’s chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads while driving. This is mainly due to the transfer of body weight during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.
When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to three times more than the other. This can result in significant chassis flex, body twisting and loss of tyre grip.
Chassis twisting and deformation while driving through corners can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. This kit includes 2x 3-point floor chassis reinforcement with a total of 6 mounting points.
