Ultra Racing front lower chassis brace for Citroen DS5 I, Peugeot 308 I and RCZ I

The vehicle’s chassis is one of its most heavily loaded components, as it is affected by the transfer of body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking and acceleration.

When cornering, the force on one side of the vehicle can be up to three times greater than on the other. This causes significant twisting and deformation of the body, which can result in the tyres losing grip.

Chassis twisting when cornering can cause unwanted handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The front lower chassis brace helps further connect the mounting points and reduce unwanted body deformation.
