Ultra Racing front lower chassis brace for Jaguar S-Type I (X200)

The vehicle’s chassis is exposed to high loads during driving, particularly due to the transfer of body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking and sudden acceleration.

When cornering, mass transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to up to three times more force than the other. This can result in significant twisting and bending of the chassis or body, causing the tyres to lose grip.

Twisting of the chassis or body while cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.
