Ultra Racing front lower chassis brace for Mini Coupe R58

The car’s chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads while driving. This is particularly evident due to the transfer of body weight during fast cornering, heavy braking or intense acceleration.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to as much as three times more force than the other. This can result in significant chassis flex as well as deformation and twisting of the body, causing the tyres to lose grip.

Deformation and twisting of the chassis while cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.

The Ultra Racing front lower brace helps limit unwanted chassis movement.
