A car’s chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads while driving. This is particularly evident when the body weight is transferred during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.
In some cases, weight transfer during cornering can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to up to three times more force than the other. This results in significant deformation and twisting of the chassis or bodywork, causing the tyres to lose grip.
Deformation and twisting of the chassis during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer.
This front lower H-brace attaches at 4 points and is intended for the Nissan Cefiro A33 with a 2.0 engine and 2WD drivetrain.
