Ultra Racing front lower chassis brace for Toyota Celica T18

The vehicle chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads while driving. This is particularly evident due to the transfer of body weight when cornering at high speed, braking hard or accelerating.

In some cases, the transfer of weight when cornering can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to forces up to three times greater than the other. This causes significant deformation and twisting of the chassis or body, resulting in a loss of tyre grip.

Deformation and twisting of the chassis when cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer.
