Ultra Racing interior chassis brace for Toyota Corolla E70/AE86

The Ultra Racing interior chassis brace is designed to reduce chassis flex during dynamic driving. It is attached at 2 mounting points.

During fast cornering, heavy braking and acceleration, the car’s chassis is subjected to significant loads as the vehicle’s mass is transferred between individual wheels and axles.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to 3 times more than the other. This can cause chassis flex and loss of tyre grip.

Chassis flex during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.
