Ultra Racing mid lower chassis brace for Kia Carens RP 1.7D 2WD

The vehicle chassis is subjected to the greatest loads as a result of the driver’s actions, mainly due to the transfer of the body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to 3 times more than the other. This causes significant deformation and twisting of the chassis, which can result in the tyres losing grip.

Chassis deformation and twisting during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.

The brace is designed to provide additional support for the chassis and reduce its twisting.
