When driving through a corner, the load on one side of the vehicle can be up to three times greater than the load on the other side. This causes the chassis or bodywork to bend and twist, which can cause the tyres to lose grip.
Chassis flex and twist when cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The Ultra Racing mid lower chassis brace helps increase the rigidity of this area of the bodywork.
