The vehicle chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads during driving. This is particularly evident due to the transfer of body weight during fast cornering, heavy braking or decisive acceleration.
When cornering, the load on one side of the vehicle can be up to 3 times greater than on the other. This causes significant twisting and deformation of the chassis or body, resulting in reduced tyre grip.
Chassis deformation and twisting when cornering can lead to poorer handling characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer.
This rear chassis brace is designed to reduce unwanted body twisting. It has 2 mounting points and is suitable only for the Nissan Almera (N17) 2011–2019, 3rd generation, with a 1.5 engine and 2WD.
Suitable for: Nissan Pulsar I (N17).
