The Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace for Audi A8 D4 is designed to provide additional chassis support at the rear of the vehicle. It has 2 mounting points.
The vehicle’s chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads during driving. This is particularly pronounced due to the transfer of body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking or hard acceleration.
In certain cases, weight transfer during cornering can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to 3 times more than the other. This can result in significant deformation and twisting of the chassis or bodywork, causing the tyres to lose grip.
Chassis deformation and twisting during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer.
Suitable for: Audi A8 IV (4H) / IV (4H/D4).
