Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace for Honda City V (GM2) 1.5 2WD

The vehicle chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads during driving. This is particularly evident due to the transfer of body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking or hard acceleration.

In some cases, the transfer of mass in a corner can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to up to three times more force than the other. This results in severe chassis flex, as well as body deformation and torsional twisting, causing the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis deformation and flex while driving through corners can cause unwanted handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.

This is where Ultra Racing comes in – the 2-point rear lower brace helps to further connect the chassis and reduce its flex.
