Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace for Mercedes-Benz S-Class W222

The car’s chassis is the part most exposed to forces caused by driving. This is particularly evident when the body’s mass is transferred during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.

In some cases, the transfer of mass in a corner can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to up to three times more force than the other. This leads to significant chassis twisting or body deformation, causing the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis deformation and twisting while cornering can cause undesirable driving characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.

The Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace helps reduce unwanted body movement and improve the rigidity of the rear section of the chassis. It attaches at 5 mounting points.

Suitable for: Mercedes-Benz S-Class VI (W222).
