Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace for Subaru Forester III SH

The Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace is designed to reduce chassis twisting and body deformation during dynamic driving. The chassis is the part of the vehicle exposed to the greatest loads during fast cornering, heavy braking and hard acceleration due to the transfer of the body’s weight.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to three times more than the other. This can result in severe chassis twisting and body deformation, causing the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis twisting and deformation during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The brace is installed on the lower rear section of the chassis and is secured at 2 points.
