The Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace with 2 mounting points is designed for Toyota Alphard and Toyota Vellfire vehicles from the AH20 generation with a 2.4 or 3.5 engine and 2WD.
The vehicle’s chassis is subjected to significant loads while driving, particularly due to the transfer of body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.
When driving through a corner, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to 3 times more than the other. This causes chassis flex or body deformation, which can cause the tyres to lose grip.
Chassis deformation and flex during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.
