Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace for Volkswagen Jetta III/V (1K/1B)

The vehicle chassis is exposed to significant loads while driving, particularly due to the transfer of body weight during fast cornering, heavy braking and acceleration.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to 3 times more than the other. This can cause the chassis to twist and deform, resulting in the tyres losing grip.

Chassis flexing while driving through corners can also affect vehicle handling and cause understeer and oversteer.

The Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace helps increase chassis rigidity at the rear of the vehicle.
