Ultra Racing rear lower chassis reinforcement for Mazda 6 II (GH)

The vehicle chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads during dynamic driving. This is particularly noticeable due to the transfer of body weight during fast cornering, heavy braking or sudden acceleration.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to up to three times more force than the other. This causes deformation and twisting of the bodywork, consequently reducing tyre grip.

Deformation and twisting of the chassis while cornering can cause unwanted handling characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer.
