Ultra Racing rear torsion bar for Toyota Corolla VI (E9/E90)

When cornering quickly, braking hard and accelerating, the car’s chassis is subjected to heavy loads due to the transfer of body weight.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to loads up to three times greater than the other. This causes significant bending and twisting of the chassis or bodywork, which can cause the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis deformation and twisting during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer. The Ultra Racing rear torsion bar is designed to provide additional reinforcement to the rear section of the vehicle’s chassis.
