EBC Bluestuff NDX odlikuje izvrsno hladno trenje i iznimna kontrola – compound s višim koeficijentom trenja 0,52 Mu brzo je postao kočiona pločica prvog izbora za vozače snažnih cestovnih automobila. EBC je nedavno sa zadovoljstvom objavio da je Bluestuff uspješno prošla opsežno testiranje za cestovnu uporabu i dobila homologaciju R90 za pojedine fitinge u EU. Time je Bluestuff postala jedinstvena – kao prva istinski trkaća pločica koja je ujedno potpuno legalna za uporabu na javnim cestama diljem Europe.
Pri planiranju vožnje na stazi nužno je da se pločice pravilno zagriju i “uhodaju”. EBC-ovi materijali za stazu i utrke iznimno su prijateljski prema kočionim diskovima, što ih čini posebno poželjnima za suvremene snažne automobile koji već iz tvornice uključuju složene i izrazito skupe dvodijelne sustave kočionih diskova.
