Trkaće kočione pločice Hawk DTC-60 imaju isti temperaturni raspon kao Hawk DTC-70, ali stvaraju manji moment kočenja. Mnogi vozači lakših i manjih automobila često koriste pločice DTC-60 sprijeda i DTC-30 straga, dok se kod većih, težih automobila visokih performansi odnosno trkaćih automobila DTC-60 češće koristi straga, a DTC-70 sprijeda.
