ACL Race Series are trimetal rod bearings developed for demanding conditions and higher engine RPM. The set is designed to support reliable rod bearing retention in performance engines.

The construction combines a high-strength overlay plate, steel backs and increased crush for improved bearing retention in the housing. Increased eccentricity helps compensate for bore distortion at high RPM and assists in the formation of hydrodynamic oil films.

Sizes

STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
