The CTS Turbo 3″ turbo-back exhaust system for the Audi S3 8V is hand TIG-welded from high-quality T304 stainless steel. It is designed for road use and vehicles with larger turbochargers. The larger 3″ diameter, compared with typical 2.5″ or 2.75″ systems, allows improved exhaust gas flow and less restriction at high revs.
The downpipe is fully TIG-welded and made from seamless T304 stainless steel. The kit includes a high-flow catalytic converter, fitting hardware and stainless steel clamps. The 3″ pipe allows exhaust gases to exit the turbocharger and wastegate more easily, helping the turbocharger spool up faster and providing more power and torque throughout the rev range.

Suitable software calibration is required to clear the check engine light (CEL), which may appear after installation. A high-flow catalytic converter is intended for more compatible operation with the emissions system.
