The oil catch can kit is designed for Gen1 EA888.1 2.0 TSI engines. It traps oil vapours from the PCV system and prevents them from entering the intake manifold and causing deposits to build up on the intake valves in direct-injection engines.
Oil deposits in the intake manifold and on the valves can cause poorer performance, increased fuel consumption and damage to the sensitive flaps and their motor.

- CTS Turbo billet aluminium oil catch can with dipstick for checking the oil level
- Black braided -10 AN hoses
- Oil catch can mounting bracket
- Modular intake manifold plug
- Hose-Wrangler clamp
- All mounting hardware and O-ring seal for the rear PCV system
- Direct fitment without modifications
Important notes
- The engine mount bolt must have a threaded boss for mounting the oil catch can. If a flat bolt is fitted, the N91029602 double-sided adapter is required.
- Not suitable for vehicles with a charcoal filter.
- When fitted with a CTS Turbo engine mount, the CTS-HW-426 mounting bracket is required.
- The kit is not compatible with the Noise Pipe system. Vehicles with the Noise Pipe system require a kit to remove it.
- During the winter months, fluid in the oil catch can may freeze and damage the engine. At temperatures below freezing, check the fluid level regularly or temporarily remove the oil catch can.
